Join the Movement

Sport England has some great workouts and tools to get everyone active with their new campaign ‘Join the Movement’. The site has lots of fun workouts to try at home or outside and activities designed specifically for children, pregnant women, people aged over 65 and people with disabilities. There are even Mindfulness tools to help you take care of your mental health during this time. Share your activities with #StayInWorkOut and see what everyone else is doing.

Active me at home

Get the whole family moving with ‘Active me at home’. Perfect for schools and families this free resource is full of fun ideas to keep children active and develop their physical activity and healthy lifestyle skills.

Energise Me

Energise Me has some great links to workouts to get everyone moving – why not try the ‘Cuppa routine’ or have a go at some ‘Disney shake up games’.

Park Yoga

We’ve all heard of park run, but have you tried park yoga?  Grab a yoga mat, towel or blanket – head out into your garden (if you have one) – and join in virtually for free every Sunday at 9.30am on Facebook live or YouTube live.
