About Mounts & Mascots: The Hussars and Their Pets Temporary Exhibition

Opening for the Summer Holidays 2026 is a brand new temporary exhibition, Mounts & Mascots!

Focusing on historical stories of the regimental pets of The King's Royal Hussars and all their antecedents, this exhibition highlights the variety of different animals owned and looked after by the Regiments.

From Bahlu the Bear to Kruger the Baboon, there are a range of surprising animal stories to discover this summer.

Tickets: £5 per person; children under 16, KRH personnel, and carers going free.
