Matriarca x Hambledon: An Anglo-Portuguese Feast

This October, we welcome Symington Family Estates (producers of Graham's, Cockburn's, Warre's & Dow's Port) into our kitchen for our biggest collaborative feast yet. On Friday 30th &  Saturday 31st October, Pedro Lencastre Monteiro, Head Chef of Matriarca in Porto, joins our Executive Chef, Rob & Head Chef, Odhrán at The Restaurant for two evenings only. One menu, two wine-growing traditions, and a rare meeting of English sparkling and Portuguese terroir.

The Menu

One menu, two wine-growing traditions, and a rare meeting of English sparkling and Portuguese terroir. Expect a soup that carries the taste of Porto, a fish course rooted in English waters, and a meat course built the way Matriarca cooks at home.
