The Annexe is a modern, ground floor, spacious self contained flat attached to the owners bungalow with its own front door.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge/diner with digital TV/DVD player and radio. One bedroom with twin beds, plenty of cupboards and drawers, optional folding bed for third person is available in the lounge. The bathroom has a power shower over bath with heated towel rail. Seperate W.C. Fully equipped kitchen, all electric with washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Guests can enjoy their own entrance into a decked garden with seat and table. Use of washing line. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge. No smoking or pets. Several shops including Waitrose and take aways are within walking distance. Short breaks available, minimum 3 nights. Not open at Christmas. Free WiFi available

By road: From junction 9 of the M3 take the A34 towards Newbury. Fork left A30 Salisbury. B3420 towards Winchester, past Army Training unit on right. Turn right into Harestock Road. 1st left Priors Dean Road and then right onto Bradley Road. Go to the top of the hill – on the left by the pillar box is a gate in the fence for ’18 The Annexe’. Do not turn into Swanmore Close. From City Centre take B3049 Stockbridge Road out of city. After 2 miles turn right by Waitrose into Stoney Lane. Take first left into Fromond Road over the brow of hill. The property is on the right by a pillar box and a long layby.

By public transport: Stagecoach service number 3 to Harestock operates from Winchester bus or railway station every 20 minutes during the day, hourly evenings and half hourly Sundays. Alight at Ashley Close. Property opposite on right hand side, gate in fence. Southampton Airport is 20 minutes by car or 1 stop on the mainline London train.
