Recently opened on Winchester’s Jewry Street, Bangkok Bistro is already a hit with Winchester foodies. The team of experienced and skilled Thai chefs, led by Rangsan Sarribobun, specialise in regional Thai cuisine with a little local twist. Expect Northern Thai sausages made with prime local beef, street food style fritters with prawn and watercress and such treats as Chu Chee Trout made with fish from Hampshire chalk streams.
