Writing in the House

This is a very special opportunity to sit and write, think, plan or create in Jane Austen's House. Like Jane herself, you will sit at a small table in a corner of a room. People will come and go around you, the House will be full of quiet creakings, footsteps, and the far off lilt of music from the Drawing Room. At times the room will be empty, and you will have it all to yourself.

For just a few autumnal afternoons, Jane Austen's House are offering writers the chance to reserve a little work space in Jane Austen's bedroom. If it is yours, you will be the only person to sit and write in the House that day.
