Winchester Cathedral hosts a lunchtime masterclass, Eating for Wellbeing, led by Sustainable Nutritionist Orla Brown.

The session introduces guests to the principles of sustainable nutrition through an interactive talk and a freshly prepared,seasonal lunch designed to showcase Orla’s guidance in practice. Topics covered include common nutrition myths, how sustainability and nutrition intersect and simple ways to bring more plants into everyday meals.
