Step back in time this October at The Watercress Line as the iconic locomotive 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresley' returns for the first time in 19 years.

Visitors have the rare opportunity to experience this legendary engine up close, thanks to the Sir Nigel Gresley Locomotive Trust. Built in 1937, Sir Nigel Gresley is one of only 35 A4 Pacific locomotives designed for high-speed travel, and it still holds the post-war British steam speed record at 112 mph.
