About Outdoor theatre: The (Almost) Complete History of Britain

Have you ever wanted to see the life of Henry VIII told as a romantic comedy or the tale of the Spanish Armada reimagined as a light operetta? Probably not. But that won't stop The Pantaloons retelling great moments from the country's past in a variety of surprising genres! Featuring live music, audience interaction and wild historical inaccuracy. "Laugh-out-loud funny... endless verve and utterly infectious joy." (Northwich Guardian) Outdoor theatre - please bring a picnic and something to sit on and dress for the weather.

Bring your picnics, blankets, camping chairs and torches to the north lawn for an evening of lively entertainment. There's a ten-minute walk between the carpark and the north lawn so make sure you can comfortably carry all your belongings. Assistance dogs only are welcome, and the performance runs 7-9pm and includes a 20-minute interval.

Tickets: Adult (aged 17+) £16, Child (aged 5-16) £9, under 5s go free. Booking essential. Tickets are non-refundable.
