About Masterclass: Matty Edgell's Afternoon Tea
On your marks, get set, bake! Master afternoon tea with Matty Edgell, winner of The Great British Bake Off in 2023. The baker is leading a hands-on class at Lainston House's Season Cookery School where participants will create a classic afternoon tea, featuring sausage rolls, a caramel chocolate tart, and a show-stopping Paris Brest filled with hazelnut praline and crème mousseline.
