Chilcomb Down House is a conference and meeting venue situated just a short distance from the centre of Winchester with good access to all of the main traffic routes and extensive free car parking.
We have excellent facilities for small to medium-sized conferences and events; a conference/dining room that can accommodate up to 90 people and a separate lounge/bar area with a sun terrace, plus various smaller break -out/ meeting rooms.
We also have free wi-fi and AV projector with screen and can supply any catering requirements for your meeting needs.
