After great success with Rick’s summer and autumn £17.50 menu, Rick has created a winter 3-course menu for you to enjoy.
“I’d just like to take this opportunity of introducing to you a £17.50 three course menu which I’ve come up with and is available on weekdays in virtually all our restaurants. I came up with it because I felt it was really nicely balanced and the sort of thing that’s not going to make you feel too full, just perfectly satisfied.”
Rick Stein’s latest £17.50 winter menu is here and with three comforting dishes on the menu, pop in for a leisurely lunch after mooching around Winchester high street. Dine with great company and chat about the year ahead – it sounds like the perfect afternoon.
Start your lunch off with a light porcini linguine, followed by a comforting steak and ale casserole served with mashed potato and buttered cabbage. Finally, a perfectly seasonal dessert of pain perdu with poached plums. Very pleasing with a glass or two of Rick’s Spanish red wine.
