Enter the competition to win tickets to the Winchester Writers’ Weekend 2021

Terms and conditions

  1. Entrants must enter their details on the competition submission form to enter including their name and contact email address.
  2. The competition will begin on Thursday 29 April 2021 and will close on Sunday 9 May 2021 at 11.59pm.
  3. The winner will be notified via email on Tuesday 11 May 2021.
  4. The winner will be announced on our social media pages.
  5. The winner will be chosen at random from all submissions on the entry form.
  6. The prize for two winners is a ticket each to the keynote of the Writers’ Weekend 2021. Winners will be allowed to select which keynote they watch either Diana Gabaldon on 26 June 2021 or Chris Riddell on 27 June 2021. The winner can view the keynote live and will get access to view a recording of the keynote as many times as they like until 31 August.  A third winner will win a ‘Recordings-Only’ prize, which allows the winner to view recordings of all 18 talks and both keynotes until 31 August.
  7. The winners will receive a code to book their ticket for free.
  8. The ticket can be transferred to another person, but can only be used once.
  9. The ticket must be booked by 20 June.
  10. This year the Writers’ Weekend is a virtual event taking place online.
  11. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
