From 00:01 on Boxing Day, the Winchester district will be responding to COVID-19 by moving in to Tier 4 (Stay at Home).
This means you must stay at home, except for essential purposes such as for work, medical reasons or to shop for food.
You cannot meet other people indoors, including over the Christmas and New year period, unless they are members of your household or part of your support bubble. Outdoors, Tier 4 residents can only meet one person from another household.
