Local bus services
Although Winchester is a small and compact city you may wish to use the excellent public transport links to help you get around. The main bus operator in Winchester is Stagecoach although other operators do serve the city. Regular Bus Routes to help you get around the city centre:

No. 5 Stagecoach Bus
Times – At least every 10 minutes (from 8am until 5pm)
Service Stops – Winchester Bus Station, City Road Crossroads, Train Station, Royal Hampshire County Hospital and terminating at Badger Farm.

Park & Ride Bus Service (can also be used by visitors on foot as a bus service)
Times – Every 10 minutes during peak hours. Services do not run on Sundays.
Service Stops – Park & Ride Car Parks, Winchester Guildhall, Jewry Street, Train Station, and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.

Shopmobility
Located on the upper parking level of the Brooks Shopping Centre, Shopmobility offers visitors and residents the opportunity to hire out manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 4pm, vehicles should be booked in advance by contacting the office on 01962 842 626.
