By Car
If traveling in from London or the west, you’ll exit at junction 9 of the M3. Follow Easton Lane past the Mercedes garage and into the one way system. Keep to the left, then turn right at the King Alfred statue roundabout into the high street. Go past the Guildhall and turn left before the pedestrian zone of the high street. You will find Colebrook Street public car park here. The William Walker is located 200 yards from the car park.
If travelling from the south, exit the M3 at Junction 10. From the slip road you will enter the roundabout. Take the second exit, marked Winchester and Bar End, turn right at the traffic lights, and then go straight across the mini roundabout. At the next roundabout (just after KwikFit) take the first left, go over the bridge and then take first exit at the King Alfred statue roundabout. From there on you can pick up the instructions above.
By Bus
Coaches and buses arrive near the bus station and Guildhall. On arrival, walk up the high street (away from the King Alfred statue) until you see Carphone Warehouse on your left. Turn left here and you will see the William Walker on your right in the far corner.
By Train
Trains arrive into Winchester every half an hour from London and the south west. Exit on the town side of the station (platform 1), then turn right and head up the hill, following the road until you reach the Westgate Hotel. Cross the roundabout and walk through the Westgate itself. Carry on down the high street, past the Buttercross statue until you see the Monsoon store on your right. Turn right here and The William Walker is on the corner, just by the approach to the cathedral.
