Adults, this one’s just for you! It's humans versus technology as we delve into the phenomenon that is artificial intelligence. Join the team at the planetarium for a night of live science, exciting talks, hands-on fun and a fully stocked bar!
There’s no denying that, whether you like it or loathe it, artificial intelligence (AI) is now firmly part of our everyday lives. We command devices in our homes to play music for us, robots are serving food in restaurants and computers are planning our holidays for us. But who does it better? Humans or robots? Let’s find out at Science Lates.
Join our science Inspirers as they host intriguing live talks that delve into the topic of artificial intelligence. But which one was written by a human and which was written by AI – you, the audience will have to decide! There’ll be opportunities to try out virtual reality headsets and challenge the robots in head-to-head games. Plus, in the Lates Challenge, it’s time to programme your own bot – have you got what it takes to control the machines?
