Alexander Godfrey, Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin UK, will be exploring how technology could be used to detect and prevent meteors from reaching our planet; such as the undetected Chelyabinsk meteor that hit in 2013 causing in the region of £10 million worth of damage.

Tickets include a short planetarium show to follow the lecture.
