The VIC is the perfect place to begin your visit to Winchester – even if you live around the corner. Our team are here to help you plan your trip – from finding hidden gems and must-see places to booking information for our attractions and bus times.
The VIC has an exciting new range of products from local designers in Winchester. New additions include a Winchester stationary range from Jonathan Chapman, spring inspired pottery pieces from 2Spots Ceramics and O What A Feeling buttons, badges and magnets, designed and made in the Winchester district.
Stock up on a variety of local food and drink including Hill Farm juices, Meon Valley cider, ales from Red Cat Brewing, Winchester Distillery gins, Chalice Mead, Charlotte Brown handmade preserves and Mrs Bee’s honey – there is so much to choose from and more additions to come.
You can also buy local health and wellbeing products including Bee Good skincare from Basingstoke, The Lavender Fields in Alton and Cyril’s Soap Shed.
The centre will be open from 10am – 4pm Monday to Saturday with a one way system and hand sanitising facilities in place. The team will be on hand to offer advice over the phone 01962 840 500 and via email if you would prefer.
Guided tours with our official Winchester Tourist Guides are planned to resume in May and further details will be available nearer the time along with information on how to book your tickets.
