Did you know this half term coincides with National Bike Week? Try out part of a new 2,000 mile loop that takes in 42 Church of England Cathedrals around the UK – including Winchester Cathedral. Or if the parents aren’t up to the challenge take them on a gentler route along the Viaduct Way. The Winchester district is home to many cycle routes and several popular national routes traverse Hampshire’s beautiful countryside – including the King Alfred’s Way Cycle Route.
