A #StayHome treat for your stomach – The Fox Lemon Tart

Treat yourself to a lemon tart thanks to a recipe from The Fox. They usually bake theirs daily and it is a great favourite on their menu.

• 375g caster sugar
• 200ml lemon Juice
• 270ml double cream
• 8 eggs
• 3 egg yolks

Mix all ingredients together and stand for 10 minutes.

Skim the top and pour into lid baked cases.

Cook at 150°C for 15-20 mins or until just set in the middle.
