Self-guided trail designed to help wheelchair users and people with pushchairs explore the city with confidence

A mile in length, this route enables wheelchair users and others with mobility difficulties to find their way around a number of the highlights of historic Winchester, including the River Itchen and Abbey Gardens.

Borrow a buggy or a wheelchair from the city's Shopmobility office (tel: 01962 842 626 or email winchestershopmobility@waca.org.uk) at the start of the route, which is marked out with silver discs in the ground.
