Delightful and spacious, the studio is an annex to Rowanhurst, an attractive Edwardian house. The studio is separate from the house so combines the benefit of complete privacy with the convenience of total independence.
The kitchen area is fully equipped, with a microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery and crockery. Self-catering is possible since there is a dining area and chairs. This can be very welcome after a long day out and about! A sofa, easy chair, TV and CD player complete the comforts.
Breakfast is served in the studio, or the fridge can be stocked so that breakfast can be self-service, wherever the guest prefers.
The studio is one of the closest establishments to the city centre. A ten minute stroll takes you to the Guildhall and the Cathedral. There is plenty of parking in the quiet, residential street.
