No. 87 is a late Victorian detached house in a large garden situated within the St. Cross conservation area. The historic water meadows and ancient Almshouses of St. Cross are nearby. Winchester City is a pleasant 20 minute walk, as is the main line station (London Waterloo – 1 hour). Winchester is within easy reach of South Coast resorts, the New Forest, Southampton Airport and the ferry ports for the Isle of Wight and the continent. The comfortable accommodation is ideally situated for both walkers and cyclists being near many long distance footpaths and trails.

Road Directions

Leave M3 at J11, follow sings to St Cross and Winchester South. After second set of traffic lights, turn left into Lower Stanmore Lane, then first right into Christchurch Road. No. 87 is the second house on the right.
