The property is a detached 17th century listed former farm house with large country garden and orchard. There is off road parking as well as a lock up for bicycles.
The Hamlet nestles in the valley of the South Downs off the A31 east of Winchester, which is only 5 minutes away.
The popular South Downs walk to Eastbourne passes the front gate.
We have been running our friendly, happy and successful B&B for fourteen years with many returning visitors from far and wide.
We offer a quality, comfortable home and endeavour to make your stay a happy and memorable one.
Full English Breakfast, fresh produce when possible and homemade preserves. Summer breakfast in garden if requested. Packed lunch for walkers on request. Guests may use garden. Boiler room for drying wet clothes and boots.

Complyns is two miles from the new planetarium and 20 miutes drive from Southamptons' Crusing Port.

Road Directions

From M3 Junction 9, follow signs to A31 Alton & Petersfield. At roundabout turn left then first right to Chilcomb. Keeping left at all turnings continue through the village ignoring the 'no through road' sign. Complyns is a detached house on the left by the phone box.
