Brightside Cottage Annexe

Brightside Cottage Annexe offers attractive and comfortable single storey accommodation next to the owners’ 18th century Grade 2 listed cottage and looking out over an acre of garden.
The cosy interior comprises a beamed sitting/dining room with decorative open fireplace, a neat galley-style kitchen with fridge, microwave, 4 ring electric hob and oven; a twin-bedded/double bedroom; an en-suite shower room with WC, fan heater, electric towel rail and shaver point. Heating throughout is by means of night storage heaters and combined convector heaters. All rooms are close carpeted.
Facilities also provided include colour TV, radio/cassette player, towels, duvets and bed linen, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, hairdryer, a freezer in separate building with guests' own access.
There is parking for one car, use of the garden, garden furniture and BBQ.
West Tytherley is a small, friendly village, with a well-stocked shop, part-time Post Office and a pub, which serves meals, 5 minutes’ walk from the accommodation. The location is within a conservation area on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border and is an ideal base from which to visit many places of interest in both counties.

Road Directions
From M27 junction 2 or from Salisbury take A36 and exit at the Grimsteads and East Dean. Follow the road through West Grimstead to West Dean. Bear left over level crossing and follow to West Tytherley. Turn right past the church and immediate right on bend.

From West Dean - 2 miles. Can be collected from station.
