80 Rushes Road is a comfortable house, with a sunny garden where visitors can have breakfast or a cup of afternoon tea. The house is two minutes' walk from Petersfield Railway Station (1 hour to London, Waterloo and 30 minutes to Portsmouth). The centre of the town (ten minutes' walk) offers a wide selection of excellent pubs and restaurants.
It is ideal for guests, whether staying on business or on a leisure break. We offer broadband internet access and the house is within easy walking distance of the Petersfield Business Park.
The guest room is a quiet bedroom (either a twin or a double bed) with television, radio and tea & coffee-making facilities.
Petersfield is well placed as a sightseeing base. For walkers and cyclists the South Downs Way is nearby as well as lots of shorter walks to include a pub lunch. Petersfield is part of the new South Downs National Park.

Exit A272 to Winchester. Turn left immediately to Petersfield. Rushes Road is 3rd on right, No 80 is at bottom on left.
Public Transport Directions
From Petersfield station - 5 minutes walk
Go through car park on opposite platform to ticket office. At bottom of car park is mini-roundabout, go straight ahead and take 1st right.
