Road Directions

From the M3
Take junction 9 signposted 'industrial Estate' and proceed towards the city centre. Join the one-way system at Durngate and turn right towards the city centre (Friarsgate and St Georges Street). At the traffic lights turn right into Jewry Street. You will pass the Theatre Royal on your left hand side and at the traffic lights go straight ahead into Hyde Street.

Rosewarne Court is on the left after you pass the post box on your right.

There is a parking bay marked 'parking no 21 only' at the rear of the property.

Public Transport Directions

From the railway station walk down station approach and cross the road junction into City Road. Follow City Road to the traffic lights and turn left into Hyde Street. Rosewarne Court is on the left after you pass the post box on your right.

21 Rosewarne Court is the angular, tile-hung house right at the front of the court and forms part of the main entrance archway.
As you enter the court from Hyde Street, the house is immediatley on the right supporting the flat (no 20) that you pass under. The front door is slightly recessed behind the black iron railings.
