Responding to feedback
Winchester Tourist Information Centre prides itself on responding to customer comments and feedback. We are continually improving our service and here's how some of your comments have helped:
You said: Can you stock a more brighter and fresher range of souvenirs?
So: We worked with local company Sew Iconic and now stock a range of vibrant and contemporary souvenirs.
You Said: Can you sell Winchester sweets?
So: We asked our supplier and we now sell Winchester fudge and travel sweets
You Said: Can you provide postcodes for the City Centre car parks
So: We have now added the postcodes of all car parks to our city centre access map in the official Winchester Visitor guide - great for Sat Nat users!
You Said: Can you provide internet access for customers?
So: We installed two free internet terminals for customers to use in the centre in August 2010
