Don your hat and gloves and head to Winchester's Christmas ice rink. Experience an exhilarating skate under the stars and against the magnificent backdrop of Winchester Cathedral. With an adjoining café offering stunning views of the cathedral, there's fun to be had on and off the ice. One-hour sessions include free skate hire and fitting.
The open-air real ice rink can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. There is a team of trained ice stewards who ensure that the rink is safe and well maintained. Ice skating sessions last for 1 hour – this includes time to fit your skates so expect to have approximately 50 minutes on the ice. Free skate hire is included.
The ice rink is surrounded by the Christmas Market until Wednesday 21 December.
