The Colour Factory Gallery Shop has a changing exhibition of paintings, ceramics, embroidered pictures, jewellery, glassware, accessories, cards and prints.

All artworks are original pieces created by the artists on site. Set within a quirky and beautiful interior bursting with colour and fun, our little shop is a great place to explore and browse. Visit us for one off gifts, from original paintings to colourful bunting, handmade chandeliers and knitted tea cosies!

Come in and chat to the artists about commissioning an exclusive piece of jewellery or textiles for a special present or bespoke paining for your own home.

The Gallery shop is open to the public Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm. However occasionally the artists may be working off site, therefore if you are travelling a long distance to visit us, it may be advisable to call first.

Art classes and creative parties for children and adults are held in our beach garden workshop, the Light box.

Workshops include inspiring activities such as, making and designing funky cushions, mosaics, felted jewellery, sparkling wire-work chandeliers, decorative painting, gilding and decoupage, beadwork, machine embroidery and creative knitting as well as painting and drawing classes.

We can also cater for your own celebration and tailor a workshop to you and your friend's requirements either in the day or evening. Party goers will have great fun making one of many fabulous items to take home. All workshops are run by professional artists who understand how to inspire creativity and confidence in every student.

The Colour Factory artists' are also responsible for transforming the much loved bollards in the Square which were painted in the style of famous artists.

Also whilst visiting Winchester look out for the stunning mural in St Georges Street created by Jenny Muncaster and Rachel Alexander. This lively piece of public artwork is a hidden gem situated in the walk way behind Cafe Centro - definitley worth a look!

Exit M3 junction 9. Third exit to Winnall. Follow one way system around town staying in the righthand lane. Bear right at light by Theatre Royal. Take the first left to Riverpark Leisure Centre car park, we are on the right as you enter.
