David Thomas and Richard Taylor, owners of West Meon's The Thomas Lord pub, set themselves a mission when re-opening the old pub's doors last summer: to source as much good local produce as possible from Hampshire.
More than 30 locally-sourced ingredients are on the menu, including Clanfield's Hyden Farm beef, Liphook's Hammer Trout Farm trout, Blackmore Game from Alresford, Jude's ice cream from Winchester and Potts Pantry fruit and veg from Froxfield.
