Road Directions

From the South via the M3:
Leave the M3 at junction 11 (B3335) signposted Winchester S & W. Straight over 1st roundabout, 2nd exit of second, Badger Farm Road. Straight across next roundabout, second exit next roundabout. Straight through two sets of traffic lights. Left at mini roundabout into Chilbolton Avenue, follow to end, take left into Stockbridge Road. Proceed on this road for approx 2 miles. On brow of hill Lainston House is signposted next turning left. Travel 150 yards, Lainston House is 1st on right.

From London via M3 – to avoid Winchester city centre:
Travel south on the M3 and take junction 8, A303 (Andover, Salisbury, South West) travel 7 miles on A303, take the turning for the A34 Winchester. Travel for 5 miles south on the A34. Take the B3420 signposted Winchester. At Lainston next turning on left” and Lainston is 150 yards on the right.roundabout (Three Maids Hill) take the B3420 Winchester. Pass the Army Training Regiment Camp, take the next right turn over brow of hill, signposted Harestock, onto Harestoke Road. Travel to the end of this road (approx 1 mile) turn right in the direction of Stockbridge (B3049). Travel half a mile, sign on brow of hill “Lainston next turning on left” and Lainston is 150 yards on the right .
