Greens offers a winning combination of friendly, professional service in a relaxed, comfortable environment together with delicious freshly prepared food using local produce whenever possible. The lunch and dinner menus change with the seasons and feature fresh, locally caught fish from Johnsons of Portsmouth, succulent steaks from the award winning butcher Owtons in the West End and freshly baked bread from the Naked Baker of Botley. Head chef, Joe Middleton, is passionate about creating classical dishes with a modern twist, such as slow roasted belly of Hampshire free range pork served with caramelised Bramley apples, bubble & squeak & a cider jus.
