If you fancy an extra special tea-time treat, on Sundays guests will be treated to a Sunday Afternoon Tea Falconry Display from 3pm. Enjoy a great family day out and experience the wonders of falconry as you join Lainston's very own falconer, Billy Taylor on on a hawk walk around the beautiful gardens and learn more about these wonderful animals.

The Old VineEnjoy a scrumptious cream tea overlooking the cathedral green from a beautiful Grade II-listed inn in the heart of the city – two warm fluffy scones, Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry jam with freshly brewed coffee or a pot of tea for £4.50. Avington Park tea bar is open to coincide with the opening of the house for guided tours. It is a listed grade 1 stately home set in marvellous parkland with wonderful views. Cream teas and tea and great home made cakes are sold in the tea bar by the Orangerie every Sunday from 2.30 until 5.30 until the end of September and also Mondays in August.
