All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and digital TV.Price includes full English breakfast, with free-range eggs or a light breakfast including vegetarian.

Frequent buses on weekdays to the city centre (10 minutes) are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Local shops, 5 minutes' walk, include supermarket, pharmacy and cash machine, and take away food, Indian restaurant, chinese or fish and chips. You are welcome to eat these in our dining room. Nearest pub with food is 15 minutes' walk away.
Walkers and cyclists most welcome, with plenty of of storage for bikes and muddy boots. clothese drying facility available. Excellent short and long distance walking and off road cycling direct from house
Families with babies, or children aged 5 or over are very welcome. Most credit cards accepted.
Art studio can be viewed and original pictures are displayed around the house. As professional classical musicians we can provide live music too..

Road Directions
Lainston B & B is on the north west side of Winchester off the Stockbridge Rd just over a mile from the city centre. From the shops in Weeke on Stoney Lane, turn off the Stockbridge Rd into Dean Lane at the pedestrian lights. Lainston Close is second on the right.
