Lainston is a detached bungalow in a small quiet close and is a non-smoking establishment. The large garden is bordered by trees and hedges. There is a double bedoom and bathroom next to it with separate bath and shower (exclusive use). A twin room is available too, awaiting official inspection.
The house is spacious with large rooms and open outlook.
Shops and buses are five minutes walk. Parking is off road. An art studio and complimentary 'light' cello music may be available.
French and German spoken.
Good walking and cycling from the house.

Lainston B & B is on the north west side of Winchester off the Stockbridge Rd just over a mile from the city centre. From the shops in Weeke on Stoney Lane, turn off the Stockbridge Rd into Dean Lane at the pedestrian lights. Lainston Close is second on the right.
