A warm and friendly welcome awaits you when you visit our attractive Georgian style family home, which is clean, has good comfortable beds and offers an excellent home cooked full English breakfast.
The tastefully decorated dining room has a solid oak dining room suite with very comfortable upholstered chairs.
One twin bedded room and one double/family room both have a flat screen LCD digital TV with freeview DVD player and a radio, central heating and tea/coffee making facilities. Quality towels provided. Fan in each room during hot weather.
There is a bathroom with bath/shower for the sole use of guests in the two bedrooms. Range of guest toiletries. Water softener fitted.
We are situated on the northern outskirts of Winchester, off the B3420 (Andover Road North), close to beautiful countryside yet only one and a half miles from the city centre, which is convenient for the many attractions in the area.
It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to walk into town, but there is also a frequent bus service for those without a car.

From Winchester city centre take B3420 Andover Road, northbound for one and a half miles (signposted Andover/Newbury, A34) Left hand turn past Mountbatten Court, but before Harestock Road.
From Junction 9, M3, take the A34, then take the 1st exit onto the B3420, towards Winchester. One mile down on the right.
No. 86 bus from town stops outside the B & B - ask for Harestock Corner.
No. 3 bus stops by local shops in Priors Dean Road, a 10 minute walk away along Harestock Road.
