An elegant Victorian house, furnished with style, south side of the city. An easy walk into the city centre, cathedral, museums, St. Cross, and conveniently close to long distance footpaths.
Breakfast is served in our conservatory, overlooking the beautiful garden, and includes homemade bread, preserves and local produce.
A cot and highchair are available on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Luggage can be transported for walkers by prior arrangement.
We hope you will enjoy your visit and feel that you are staying in our home, not in a B&B.

Road Directions
From city centre, take Southgate Street which leads into St Cross Road. Turn right into St James Lane, left into Christchurch Road. Fifth house after church on the right.
From M3, junction 11 - follow signs to St. Cross and city centre. Pass BP Services and take second left into Beaufort Road, and right into Christchurch Road.
