Set in 450 acres of gorgeous Hampshire countryside, on the green and leafy Sparsholt College campus, Sparsholt Holiday Lets (operating under the Wessex Conference Centre) offers a tranquil and beautiful setting for your stay.

Despite its rural setting, Sparsholt Holiday Lets is just 10 minutes from the historic, cathedral city of Winchester, with excellent road and rail links.

There are 276 single and 15 twin en suite bedrooms (three of which are on the ground floor) with dry, safe storage for boots and bikes and laundry facilities nearby. The facilities are DDA compliant.

The bedrooms are all centrally heated and comfortably furnished with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh linen and towels. All accommodation is centrally located and within a couple of minutes’ walking distance of other on-site facilities which include the dining room, licensed bar, games room, small shops and car parks.

For ramblers and cyclists there are endless opportunities to explore such scenic paths as the Test Way, the Itchen Way, the Wayfarer’s Walk, St Swithun’s Way or the Three Downs Link either on foot or by bike.

All this exercise will mean keen appetites will need to be provided for – so as well as a full English breakfast, excellent packed lunches can be provided. There are some excellent pubs in the area too which may need checking out!

The Sparsholt Holiday lets is able to offer a wide range of residential packages to suit all requirements from bed and breakfast to full board. Groups are especially welcome and a discount can be negotiated for groups of 15 and over.

Winchester Railway Station is a 10 minute taxi ride. Bus services operate between Winchester and Sparsholt College but times vary. Please check local bus time tables.
