Animals at Marwell Wildlife will be enjoying some spooky enrichment during half term.
Watch snow leopard cubs and meerkat pups celebrate their first Halloween festival at Marwell, with special pumpkin treats.
Amur tigers, monkeys, penguins, buffalo and giraffe will also be tucking in to pumpkin feeds throughout the celebrations
Visitors can design their own pumpkin for carving in Marwell’s creative crafts area and visit the eerie maze where they can listen to tales of the unexpected with a scary storyteller.
Either buy your pumpkin from the craft area pumpkin emporium or take your own and let master carvers turn your design into reality! Take your creations home or leave them for the animals to enjoy!
Meet and learn about forest floor dwellers such as the Royal Python (with a special python talk), giant African land snail, Madagascan hissing cockroach and giant thorny stick insect at our bug encounters!
In addition to our Halloween activities and as part of our ongoing conservation campaign, enjoy a daily Rhino talk and find out how you can make a difference.
The daily enrichment schedule, plus pumpkin carving templates, masks and fact sheets are available at www.marwell.org.uk/halloween
