An evening of entertainment and  live performances all nestled in amongst  a buzzing market of delicious food and Arts and Crafts.

The evening is looking HOT HOT HOT ! Sizzling fresh  from Cuba, its the incredible LIDO 66

"Bringing together strong roots of Afro-Carribean drumming and an energy from western dance music the band focuses on bringing Salsa and Cuban Jazz to a club audience. Lido 66 is a six to nine-piece band and traditional instrumentation is used - in particular its two Havana-trained percussionists bring authentic Afro-Cuban percussion to the mix." visit www.lido66.com

 These guys have played for the likes of : The Royal Commonwealth Club, , numerous celebrity parties including Damien Hirst's Summer Garden Party, The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn,  The Vibe Bar, Cargo, Guanabara, St. Johns College (Cambridge), Cambridge World Music Festival + many, many more.

To set the street alight we also have Salsa Y Sol dance troop who will be filling the high street with passionate salsa dancing displays and invite you to come along and have a go

Silvia & Max are the couple behind Salsa y Sol, who have lots of Dancing Fun on offer for you in Winchester and the Candover Valley!

The Hatfair is famous for its street entertainment so we are excited to bring you Miss Abi Collins  in her show “Une Femme Exposée”

“Une Femme Exposée” is the story of Katinka, the last surviving member of an obscure Soviet circus troupe. After being shot out of the human canon Katinka finds herself in another country, entirely alone – and naked! With no money she is forced to assume the persona of a Bag Lady, but always the professional she is determined that “The show must go on!”

Acrobatics, 10 hula hoops, a ridiculous ballet on pointe shoes made from traffic cones and audience participation make an engaging and absurdly comic performance. In a breathtaking finale Katinka shows the audience how to “catch a falling star” as she launches herself from a handstand on a platform into the arms of four volunteers – all performed while singing “My Way”
