Make Your Own Sparkling Wine

www.visitwinchester.co.uk/make-your-own-sparkling-wine

27 Nov

Hosted by Ian Kellett and Joe Wadsack. Want something a little special for your Christmas table? Want to make your own Christmas fizz to your own taste preference?

Enjoy a tutored tasting of Champagne and English Sparkling Wine. The evening will include a dosage tasting where you will look at different levels of dosage and the effect this has on the wine. Participants will have a chance to disgorge a bottle of English Sparkling Wine and put in their own preferred level of dosage followed by finishing the bottle with a cork and wire, foil and labels. In other words, you will get a chance to go some way to making your own unique bottle of fizz to drink with your Christmas dinner.

The perfect addition to your Christmas table!
