Visit Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium this summer half term for shockingly good, super-charged live science shows and electrifying demonstrations exploring the theme of electricity. A hair-raising highlight will be live demonstrations using the van de graaff generator. Be prepared to see, experience and participate in this family-fun event.
Enjoy full access to the Centre’s two floors of hands-on interactive science exhibits, the Invention Studio and the outdoor picnic and play area. There’s also direct access from Winchester Science Centre to Magdalen Hill Butterfly Conservation reserve for those who want to experience views across the South Downs National Park.
No visit would be complete without experiencing an immersive 306 degree fulldome show in the planetarium (additional tickets required).
