By road: From Winchester city centre take Southgate Street which leads into St Cross Road.  Turn right into Beaufort Road and then second left into Christchurch Road.  Giffard House is opposite the entrance to Grafton Road.

Public transport: Giffard House is walking distance from both Winchester train and bus station.  The Stagecoach bus service number 1 to Stanmore operates regualy throughout the day.
