Holidays are coming to Winchester with the iconic Christmas Coca-Cola truck

The iconic Coca-Cola truck is visiting Winchester on December 17th 12noon-8pm.

You can see the truck lit up like the famous Christmas TV advert and have your photo taken alongside it.

Don't miss out on this special event in Winchester.

Winchester will be very busy on December 17th, please use public transport where possible

Trains

Winchester railway station is a 5-10 minute walk from the site of the Coca-Cola truck with frequent trains from Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Basingstoke, Farnborough and Reading (South West Trains and Cross Country Trains). Please check the National Rail website for more information about train times and tickets. Discounts up to 1/3 are available on South West Trains for groups of 3-9 adults travelling together, children aged 5-15 receive 50% discount on adult prices and up to 2 children under 5 travel free (per adult travelling).

Park and Ride

Winchester has three park and ride car parks; Barfield, St. Catherine's (both East Winchester) and the main South Winchester car park. Buses operate into the city centre every 10 minutes (peak time). If you are driving, please try to car share to reduce traffic (cost is per car).

The South Winchester P&R is located off Junction 11 of the M3.

The East Winchester P&R (St Catherine’s and Barfield) are located off Junction 10 of the M3.

Visit Santa in his cosy Victorian grotto at Winchester Tourist Information Centre

Santa will be making a special visit to Winchester on this day. He will be in his grotto at Winchester Tourist Information Centre between 4.30 and 6.30pm. Tickets can't be booked in advance for this, they will be available on the day from the Tourist Information Centre.
