Begin your enchanted experience in our magical winter forest and enjoy some festive refreshments

Be charmed by Mother Christmas as she reads The Nutcracker in the fairy glen

Create your own Christmas Eve plate in the elves workshop

Meet Father Christmas and receive a wonderful gift before posing for a family photo

Your experience will last around 60-80 minutes.

Tickets go on sale to annual members only from Monday 4 - Sunday 24 September.

General ticket sales for all guests and members will be available from 9am on Monday 25 September.
