Join Mark Tilling, the UK’s Chocolate Master 2006-2010, on a one day chocolate class learning tips and techniques to create delicious chocolate treats. You will enjoy this course whether you are a beginner or if you already have previous experience of working with chocolate.
On this one day course, Mark will take you through the intricate techniques for working with chocolate including tempering, colouring and piping truffles.
Mark's course will be a full day starting from 9:30am including lunch provided by Sylvain. We aim to conclude the day by 4:30pm and still have some goodies to take home and share with family and friends!
