21 Rosewarne Court

SO23 7HL

A centrally located town house within a short walk from the high street and city centre attractions.

21 Rosewarne Court is a comfortable town-house just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre. The twin en-suite bedroom (which is also available with single occupancy) overlooks a quiet secluded garden at the rear of the property. It has central heating, wi-fi and ample power points. The shower room is fully equipped, and contains a large and efficient Italian made shower. A choice of breakfasts is available, served in the beautifully furnished ground floor dining room.

Private Parking is available, although as the establishment is so close to everything (including the rail station, main restaurants and local pubs serving good quality food) you may not even need your car during your stay.

The house is conveniently placed for the city’s Cathedral, Museums, Record Office, Colleges, Law Courts, Hospital and School of Art. It makes an ideal base from which to explore the wider Hampshire area too, the JaneAustenMuseum at Chawton, the naval dockyard at Portsmouth, or Stonehenge are all within easy access.
