SO23 7HL

A centrally located town house within a short walk from the high street and city centre attractions.

21 Rosewarne Court is a comfortable town-house just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre. The twin en-suite bedroom (which is also available with single occupancy) overlooks a quiet secluded garden at the rear of the property. It has central heating, wi-fi and ample power points. The shower room is fully equipped, and contains a large and efficient Italian made shower. A choice of breakfasts is available, served in the beautifully furnished ground floor dining room.
